At Blackberrys, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the original product with all its tags intact and the invoice inside the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
